CO₂削減びん使用商品

CO₂-reduction glass bottle

変わりゆく気候風土と向き合い、日本ワインに取り組み続けるサントリー。
次の100年へとバトンを繋ぐ想いを込めて、環境に配慮したCO₂削減※１びんを使用しました。

CO₂削減びんは国内唯一の酸素燃焼炉※2を有する(株)山村製壜所にて製造しました。
‟CO₂排出量を従来より約13％削減”しています。※3
「登美の丘赤時のかさね（CO₂削減びん使用）」には、将来に向け更にCO₂排出量削減の可能性を広げるために、
試験的に一部燃料を水素に置き換えしたびんを採用。
本取組は山村グループ（日本山村硝子(株)・(株)山村製壜所）と、日本エア・リキード合同会社との共同開発で実現したものです。

In the face of ever-changing climates, Suntory continues to pursue its efforts to produce high-quality Japanese wines.
Suntory used environmentally responsible CO₂-reduction*1 glass bottles as a reflection of our wish to pass the baton to the next 100 years.

These CO₂-reduction glass bottles were manufactured at Yamamura Seibinsho Co.,Ltd., a bottle maker that has the only oxygen combustion furnace in Japan*2.
CO₂ emissions are approximately 13% lower compared to conventional methods*3.
For Tomi no Oka Red Toki no Kasane (in a CO₂-reduction glass bottle), we are using on a trial basis bottles in which some of the fuel used in production has been replaced with hydrogen, aiming to further expand the future possibilities for CO₂ emission reductions.
This initiative was made possible through a joint development project between the Yamamura Group (Nihon Yamamura Glass Co., Ltd. and Yamamura Seibinsho Co., Ltd.) and Air Liquide Japan G.K.

Products using CO₂-reduction glass bottles are sold to a limited number of retailers.
