- Pour the ingredients along with ice into a shaker, shake, and pour into a glass.

- ・Grapefruit juice 30ml
- ・Salt-pickled cherry blossom (soaked to remove excess salt) 1 flower

- 1. Rim the glass with salt (margarita salt) in half-moon style
- 2. Pour the ingredients along with ice into a shaker, shake, and pour into the salt-rimmed glass.
- 3. Top with the pickled cherry blossom.

- ・Suntory World Whisky 碧 AO 30ml
- ・Aromatic bitters 1 dash
- ・Lime 1 slice
- ・Salt-pickled cherry blossom (soaked to remove excess salt) 1 flower
〔Directions〕
- 1. Lay the lime slice on the bottom of the glass and mash gently with a bar spoon.
- 2. Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour in the ingredients, and lightly mix.
- 3. Add more crushed ice and garnish with the pickled cherry blossom.
