Gin cocktails inspired by the future of Kansai!

Thank you to all those who sent in entries for the “Let’s create gin cocktails inspired by the future of Kansai!” campaign. During that campaign, we invited Kansai residents to share their thoughts on what they love most about the region and wish to pass on to future generations. AI collected these thoughts and then turned them into cocktail recipes using ROKU and SUI, the two Japan-made gins produced in Suntory’s Osaka plant.
Thanks to you, we have received up to 65,129 gin cocktail recipes inspired by the future of Kansai, incorporating your messages. Based on these recipes, one ROKU and one SUI gin cocktail, each epitomizing your messages, will be chosen to commemorate the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
The selected recipes will be unveiled in April when the Expo opens and will be available for sampling in July inside the Expo venue—stay tuned for the birth of gin cocktails inspired by the future of Kansai that will symbolize your messages.
