| 説明 | As a part of Wiener Philharmoniker Week in Japan 2019 and The Vienna Philharmonic & Suntory Music Aid Fund, Andrés Orozco-Estrada and Vienna Philharmonic members visited Sendai, to rehearse and perform Dvorak's Symphony No.8 with the Sendai Junior Orchestra. The Fund’ was established in 2012, the year following the Great East Japan Earthquake. Since then, members of the Vienna Philharmonic have continued to visit and have “Concert for Children and Their Families in the Affected Areas” and implement music-related activities including workshops and lessons in order to nurture the musicians and music lovers of next generations. |
